Here's are different scenarios. 1 - Your permit schedule date is over: which means they took off your permit since you can not use it anymore, so you might have pass or failed, and have to wait to get the results. 2- Your permit schedule date is NOT over yet: i) it's the 3th or 4th week and you except your score that Wednesday and you see your permit disappears, that means fsmb got your score and you have passed and took off your permit. And that make sense since u don't need it anymore. I say this because I was just curious about it and read peoples post and apparently everyone who their permit disappeared and were in the schedule permit period, passed. And read couple of posts where people got their score and schedule permit was still there and they failed. ii) it's the 2nd or 3rd week and you won't be getting your score that Wednesday and your permit is still there, but when u click on it you get an error or it says that you have sat for the exam. So just hope that permit icon disappears on the upcoming Sunday or Monday. For me it was part 2, section i....I saw it disappear and had a good feeling that I had passed and were just waiting for the score. I hope this helps people who are anxiously waiting for their results...GL everyone If anyone had a experience and thinks this information is not correct please let everyone know..... Or it should disappear couple of days after your exam? My permit is still there but I took my exams about 10 days ago. But when I click it, it says an error that I have sat for an exam? The conclusion: If you see your permit disappear completely, but your scheduling permit Date is not over yet, you will be expecting a passing score. (and that make sense, because fsmb sees you passed the exam and won't be needing the permit anymore and take it off), and computer automatically release it on Tuesday midnight (12:00AM Wednesday). Thanks man, cause I thought you meant the permit should disappear within couple of days since it is graded by a computer so I kinda panicked. Congrats on your score buddy. I'm nervous before I apply. Posting Freak Posts: 3,675,934 Reputation: 5 #8 08-18-2010, 06:53 PM hey usmle1984 - what's up? how did the exam go?...Oh I am sure u are going to pass, I remember u got the same NBME score like me....your permit disappeared the day you wrote the exam?....maybe your exam period was over and they just took it off....let me know what your eligibility period date was...but I am sure u will pass and at least 80....if your eligibility period was over and permit is gone that doesn't mean anything, just wait till next Tuesday at midnight. vir you are fine, as rs said just give it time, it's too early to see if they took it off or not, wait around 48-96 hours before the day you are expecting the results....I feel you man, it's hard..I wasn't sure If I pass or even get over 90, and ended up with 83. I remember u were studying for it too..I hope u do well.... if eligibility period is not over and permit disappear, it means u PASSED...if they see one has failed the exam, they won't take off the permit since that person might wanna apply and write the exam again in that time period, which make sense....I say this because I read it in posts for those who failed and their permit was still there.....
