Castle Creations | FAQ: Mamba and Mamba Max
Flashing Yellow = possible problem with controller (Mamba Max Pro indicates neutral and armed with C.H.E.A.T. turn off)

So i am having a similar problem. I have the GT3C as well but trying to run it with the HPI Blur ESC (Mamba Monster) I have gotten it to Bind and it controls the Steering and Shift just fine but for the life of me i cannot get it to set endpoints on the ESC. I talked to HPI and they pushed me off to FlySky mwhich i have an email into. Any suggestions on what i can try or a setting that needs changed? When turning it on the forward will not arm, then hold reverse, and that arms, then nuetral and nothing. I have no response from the ESC at all.

So I got a FS-GT3C in the mail today....absolutely nothing in the way of a manual. I tried to download a manual on my IPad, but of course that doesn't work. And I can't believe I have a USB adapter for my charger...I got to boot up my laptop to charge this system??? Really? The bat they sent me is a lipo...
Am I not getting something ?
Someone please make me slap my forehead :shock::shock:

I like the usb charger myself. I can charge in the car or in my house. I use a cell phone charger that has the usb style cord on it. Just remove the cord for my phone and use the cord included with my gt3c. Its easy and convenient really. Almost every cell phone charger these days are usb style.
And you should have received a disc with your gt3c. This is your manual. You can print it off if that makes it easier for you.
You will be thankful for that lipo when your not replacing batteries and not carrying around the extra weight of said batteries.

Thanks littletoy...had I received a disc I probably wouldn't have had these questions...
I did not go to FlySky's web site to buy this, I bought it from Hobby Parts thinking they would have something resembling instructions, how hard could it be.
I suspect it's safe enough to charge the lipo this way...does it tell you when it's had enough??? I looked again for the disc, have to ping them I guess...

Yep the light changes from red to green when fully charged, never had an issue leaving it plugged in for awhile. And yep I use a phone charger as well, most don't output much above 1amp anyway. But like anything lipo always wanna keep an eye on it.
gt3c here on an mmp, rspro, fxr, brxl and hk with no issues to speak of.. yeah a few rx's. Sometimes throttle reverse is needed, prefer to esc program it before flipping on the tx.
Ping me buddy! You know I'll show you whatever shenanigans I know.

I got this setup on a wraith I got in trade. When I got the truck everything worked fine (the brakes were very strong when I would let off throttle at speed it would flip over forwards) I played with the truck maybe 45 mins at work, when I got home to try it again all I got was flashing lights and no throttle response. At one time I could get it to calibrate full throttle, full reverse, and neutral but never had throttle response. I tried an axial radio set up on it and it worked fine? Can you reset the controller and receiver to start fresh?
